Premium Theme Support
Unless otherwise stated, support is available for premium themes while you have a valid license. Licenses usually last for 1 year, after which time you’ll need to renew the license in order to continue receiving support (and updates).

Note: We aim to answer all support queries within 24hrs of time. Support requests are answered in order received. Support is offered Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM (GMT+05:30) Indian Standard Time.
Free themes Support
For free themes, we are happy to offer support and fixes for any bugs you might discover. Support doesn’t include theme customization.
If you are using our free theme Nisarg, please use the dedicated forums on WordPress.org for support queries.

Please understand that we can not provide personal email support to all customers of our free themes.
Scope of Support
Theme support includes:
- assistance with theme installation issues
- assistance using theme features
- solving theme related issues or bugs
Theme support DOES NOT include:
- assistance with issues related to 3rd party plugins or scripts
- assistance with issues related to your WordPress installation or server
- assistance with theme customization that require more than a few lines of code
